What personal data we collect
- Contact form: name, phone / WhatsApp, email and the content of your message.
- Communications you start with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Browsing data through cookies (see our Cookie policy).
We collect this data directly from you. Providing it is voluntary, but fields marked as required are necessary to answer your request.

Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. We use trusted providers acting as data processors under contract:
- Webflow, Inc. — website hosting (United States).
- Google Ireland Ltd — web analytics (Google Analytics).
WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited): if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose data when required by law or public authorities.
International transfers
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the United States). These transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
Third-party content loaded by your browser
Web fonts. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) on every page. These requests do not set cookies, but your browser connects to Google's servers, which means your IP address and technical connection data are transmitted to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Form protection. The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that checks whether a form is being submitted by a person or by an automated system. It is not loaded on any other page, and your browser connects to Cloudflare's servers when the contact page opens.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and contact data: for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and manage our relationship with you, and after that only for the periods required to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not currently apply a shorter fixed deletion period.
- Analytics data: for the period configured in Google Analytics. No analytics data is collected until you consent to analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can access your data and request its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). Write to info@uncom.es; we may ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
Security, minors and automated decisions
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This site is not directed at children under 14. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects and we do not carry out profiling.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes; the current version is always published on this page.
